Why are movie critics so uptight?

A bunch of critics give transformers and many other entertaining
movies bad reviews. Then they give long, boring drawn out art house
type movies really good reviews.

I loved the new transformers movie. It was entertaining and fun to
watch. Isn't that the point of a movie? Every movie I watch doesn't
need to give me a new perspective on life.
