Looking for a horror movie, 80's or maybe early 90's?

Hey everyone,

I've been looking for a horror movie that's about a group of teens or
young adults who go camping, the part I remember best is when one of
the girls is taken and when the group goes to look for her they find a
cabin with a chair that has straps and a TV with Videocamera in front
of the chair. When they hit play they see their friend was videotaped
with a white bag over her head, suffocating. Later on I believe the
girls body is found in their house and I think she might still be
alive. I also think the ending shows us where there was two killers,
maybe brothers? Anyways, if you have any ideas as to what this movie
is please let me know! Thanks!
